Our Tumbling classes cover several floor exercises like forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, tucks, and handsprings. Students will learn how to properly run, breath, and work particular muscle groups that correlate with those skills. They will learn how to safely and accurately perform these moves with dedicated attention from our highly qualified instructors.
Our classes are co-ed and organized by age and ability level to ensure comfort for all students and their parents.
Beginning classes focus heavily on form and technique, while advanced tumblers will utilize trampolines and springboards in addition to the mats to learn and practice more complicated skills.
Many advanced classes are focused on cheer stunts and cheer tumbling. Many competitive and recreational cheerleaders find that adding our classes to their repertoire of athletic activities is very useful and can give them a competitive edge. Our classes allow cheerleaders to work on core strength, balance, and power while gaining new ideas for choreography.
